The world isn’t slowing down—and I want to see: what can I build from zero, with AI by my side?

🚀 The world is moving fast. So I paused—to really see it.

For the past three months, my wife and I carried our backpacks across multiple countries, ticking off our bucket list while stepping away from the high-paced world of product and tech.

I thought it would be a time to completely unplug.
But unexpectedly, this journey kept reminding me how AI is quietly—and steadily—slipping into our work and daily lives.

📌 In Egypt, a fried chicken shop owner used AI to design an entire wall of stunning visuals. What used to require hiring designers and photographers, he pulled off on his own.

📌 In Tanzania and Peru, travel agencies responded in polished English, answering every detailed question I had on WhatsApp with speed and clarity. This level of communication would’ve taken non-native speakers hours—or even hiring a translator—a few years ago.

📌 And for us? AI became our daily trip planner, message translator, and even a virtual tour guide at museums and landmarks when we didn’t hire one.

At first, I thought I was “just traveling.” But over and over, I noticed AI already woven into daily life around the world.

AI’s impact isn’t a sudden explosion—it’s more like an undercurrent, gradually changing how we work, live, and solve problems.

🧠 Back in Taiwan, one question kept playing in my mind:

If AI can already show up in so many places, how far can it go for a Product x Tech builder like me?

Over the years, I’ve built my career on two axes:

  • Defining vague, fuzzy needs and breaking them down into actionable product plans
  • Bridging technology and business so products don’t just get built—they ship and create impact

During our trip, I saw new AI tools launching almost every few weeks. The world clearly isn’t waiting for anyone.

So I asked myself: Why not use this rare window to experiment?

🔥 Here’s my challenge:

What if I treat AI as my teammate—not just a tool—and see how far it can go in:

  • Product definition
  • Design & development
  • Debugging & code review
  • GTM strategy and business modeling

Can I build a small product from scratch and launch it to market—fully collaborating with AI at every step?

I’ll document everything:
✅ Using product thinking with AI to define needs and design architecture
✅ How I converse, collaborate, and even debug with AI
✅ Exploring GTM strategies and business models with AI
✅ Costs, tools, roadblocks, failures, and unexpected insights along the way

This isn’t about proving AI can replace people.

It’s about exploring:
🤝 When product and tech experience meets AI as a true partner—what can we create together in 2025?

👀 If you’re also asking these questions:

📌 “What can AI really help us achieve?”
📌 “What kind of talent will thrive in the AI era?”
then stay tuned—I’ll share my learnings openly as I go.
